We're not like everyone

Most "consultants" are bastions of the old top down world and exemplars of the idea of the solution residing in the mind of the consultant. At the heart of their inability to understand change is their own culture, which is profoundly "heroic." They come in and intuitively see your problem and, surprise, has the solution in his or her back pocket. Excuse me, can I borrow your cape, Superman?

We. on the other hand, are agents of change based in a new consulting strategy, The key first step is to acknowledge that we can't know the solution at the outset. Our first step isn't to give you all the answers right away, but to pose the best questions. Those questions, and their answers, lead to collaboration and conversation. The role of the consultant is to host the conversation, and collaborate in the process instead of owning it.

We are a team of strategists who each has their own unique skill set. By applying strategic principles to different formats we've produced successes in formats as diverse as Rock, Christian AC, Classic Rock, AC, Smooth Jazz, and Country. We apply strategic thinking to the new world, and aid you in applying it.
